I thought that some of you may be interested in this. Linux User Group handed out a *ton* of Ubuntu Breezy discs at a recent Microsoft event :-)

Microsoft officially (http://www.dailycollegian.com/vnews/display.v/ART/2005/10/24/435c3d7011b9e?in_archive=1) designated the University of Massachusetts' flagship campus in Amherst as its first "Information Technology Showcase School" in the United States on Friday during the grand opening of the W.E.B. DuBois Library's Learning Commons. Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer, was there to make the announcement to students and faculty. The event would have gone off without a hitch, but the Umass Linux User Group was out in full force, sporting fluffy fuzzy Penguin suits and handing out Ubuntu Breezy CDs like candy! A video (http://www.umasslug.org/lugfiles/umass_ballmer_2005.avi) is available on the UmassLUG website (http://www.umasslug.org/index.php/Main_Page) with some funny scenes.
