If you said yes and you're a dual-booter like me then vote for the Multi-boot option idea at Dell's ideastorm (need at least 30 extra voters to get it in the main page).

If you said No, then vote anyway to get ubuntu more exposure. Also, vote up other Ubuntu related ideas (http://www.ideastorm.com).
The market for dual-booters is way bigger than the market for linux-only laptops at this time .
Thanks to multi-boot (boot-camp) Macs have been selling a lot more. People like to keep Mac or linux, but also "need" windows.
in fact ubuntu-only are not great-sellers and may end up being demoted even further (Even netbook-remix may be hidden from the public).
Ubuntu already has all the tools to make it dual-boot friendly (in fact it was designed that way: Grub, wubi, etc.)
Getting it pre-installed next to windows is our next challenge (until ubuntu gets enough exposure).
DELL is already looking into offering and massively promoting the upcoming Windows 7 in it's base line-up.
Will we be at the front page along with Windows 7, Vista or the againg XP? no, we'll stay in the same deep obscure corner forgotten at their website. :(
