No panels displayed in XUbuntu

Hi everyone

after the first installation o XUbuntu I customized two panels on desktop. But I do some after installation changes and install new programs and my panels were gone.

when I start it from terminal using xfce4-panel everything is OK until I close the terminal.

please help how do I display my panels back or how to I start xfce4-panel automatically without using terminal at each logging to system.

Well, I'm not an XFCE user anymore, but if you press ALT + F2 a dialogue should appear in which you can type 'xfce4-panel'. This should launch the panel without it stopping again.

Perhaps this (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=121814) link can help you further in creating an 'autostart' application.
