I have done the following:
-Removed grill from exhaust to increase airflow
-Used external power source to run origional fans (this increased their aiflow by nearly 150%)
-Used relay to use origional fan power source to turn off and on the modified fans
-Added a dial to allow adjustment of the fan speed (and noise level because at max speed, the fans sound like a cross between a blow dryer and a jet engine)
-Modified heat sinks so that air only flows through the front of them (See (http://www.hardware.info/images/articles/xbox360-open.jpg) the white shroud, that directs through the heat sinks, covering the top of the heat sinks increase the airflow)
-Split air channel to increase airflow between both heat sinks and ensure equal flow
>_> This all made it so that my 360 is now cool to the touch and it runs a lot cooler too :D

Also, sorry about my studdering and stuff. I have problems making videos and making my thoughts clean...
