shortcut

i installed gisomount
and i would like to run it from desktop
i created a shortcut and added command gisomount
when i try to run it, says that i must have root access ( doesn't request root password )
how can i fix this ?

Put sudo or gksudo infront of the the command. I am unfamiliar with that program. If it is a graphical application then use gksudo. If you use sudo then you might have to check run in terminal.
