I'm doing a geography project about technological divisions between rich and poor countries (specifically personal technology, e.g PCs, and how it affects people's lives) - are there any statistics on these kinds of things, and where?
Things like:
- Internet usage
- Access to electricity
- Usage of free software
...for various countries. Also, I think Brazil is a big advocate of FOSS, but although there's plenty of articles about developments like this, there's hardly any stats.
