Hi all.
This is a problem I've faced both on a XP/Ubuntu dual-boot and Vista/Ubuntu dual-boot systems. Both use Ubuntu 8.04.
I'm mounting my NTFS partition with read-write support in Ubuntu. Everything works great.
But when I boot to Windows, all files on the NTFS partiton are read-only! Windows takes a lot to start, and I usually apply read-write attirbutes again to the files by hand.
Anybody knows the right way of mounting the NTFS partition on ubuntu so in Windows files aren't marked read only?
