Installing themes, fonts, etcetra, and removing bar.

I have Kubuntu 8.04 with KDE4.0.

I want to know how to install Fonts, Themes, Window decorations, Application look, Plasmoids, and heck, just about everything else. Some things are less obvious than others, but give me a list on how to do them all anyway.

I never like bars on the bottom of the screen. Since Plasma allows me to have all the stuff right on my desktop without being intrusive on my screen, why should I have the bar in the first place?

Can I remove the bar?

Press alt-f2 and run "kde4-kcontrol". That should give you access to most of the settings you seek.

funny thing is its not installed on the system. I'm installing it now, and hopefully it'll do what you're saying it will.
