Wiring up a home cinema system

Not sure if this is the right place but anyone know how to wire this up .

Ie have the TV in 1 room and everything else in a cupboard somewhere else, so how do i connect all the kit wihtout pulling down loads of cables is there a box i can get at each end and how is it connected together ? Fiber?

Any help would be great and links or producs if possible
