Hello:
I have used many distributions but since 8.04 came out, I am in love with ubuntu! Considering I have used debian for quite some time now, I figured "it is good to be back home" with a known package system.
Yesterday I decided to put a webserver on my machine and, quite naturally, opened Add/Remove Applications and typed in "apache2" - zilch, nothing, nada.
Surprised by the fact, I opened a console and the short "apt-cache search apache2" returned two screens of packages...
Why is this happening? Any ideas?
