Recently a power outage hosed my MBR and GRUB. While trying to re-install it, I ran into some issues. Thankfully all my data is saved on my LVM volumes which mount under /home.
However, the /,/boot and /swap areas are on two separate disks that make up 3 linux software RAID volumes. Any attempts to fix, modify or change these volumes fail. Is there some secret to deleting software RAID volumes?
