Problem mounting external USB hard drive

I'm pretty new to Ubuntu and I'm trying to mount my external hdd. When I plug it in it gives me this message.

All information is in the screenshot you posted. Load Windows, then from Windows, properly disconnect the drive by clicking on the "safely remove hardware" icon. Alternatively, shut down Windows completely before removing the drive or before loading Ubuntu (hibernate will not do).
