Dell Bluetooth Keyboard not recognized during install

Thanks in advance for any help.
When installing heron from a 8.10 bootcd, I get to the test keyboard part of the installation and the keyboard does not function. Its a dell bluetooth dongle and bluetooth keyboard. The bios recognizes it and the install screen, since I can select which options with the keyboard there. Are there startup parameters that i can use to get it to recognize the keyboard, or do i have to use a usb kb to 1st get it installed(lame way to fix this problem).

This will probably be too late to be of use, but try removing the USB dongle and reinserting it. This works for me to get a Dell bluetooth keyboard recognised (have to do it once per session). I have not found a way of getting the system to recognise it without doing this.
