How do I install from a floppy with network present, or netboot to install?

I am trying to find a basic way to install Xu/Ubuntu on a laptop that only has a floppy drive, one USB port, and a PC Card as it's only network way to access Ethernet. I also have a wireless card (is it even possible to netboot with wireless?).

I am wanting to install Xubuntu. I have another PC I could use as a server, but I need a little help setting that up too.

Look if unetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/) is solution for you.
