Hello,
I remember when I was using kubuntu, there was an option to "change" your desktop to command prompt/ssh while keeping toolbar and everything in the same place- does anyone know what I mean? I could simply click "show desktop' and type in commands right there on my desktop :) As I remember (but I might be wrong), that was simply possible by changing desktop properties with right-click.
Is that possible in xubuntu? If so, would it be possible to also keep icons on the desktop and make the terminal in the background-like to the right of the icons?
Thanks for reading this post.
