A newbe, why in 804 when getting updates sometimes I get a star and other times a down pointing arrow

The down pointing arrow means there are critical updates available. The start just means normal updates.

The red pointing arrow means there is "important security updates".The rest of the time the star is used when its just normal updates.;)
