I was wondering if there was one. I've started one already, I've got two tutorials and two unrelated videos (quite geeky). I also was surprised that no-one had registered 'ubuntututorials'.

I don't know if I'm allowed to advertise it so I'll stop here.

there is ubuntuclips
(youtube.com/ubuntuclips) but he hasn't logged in for 2 months and the ubuntuclips website (http://ubuntuclips.org) which if you click recent then it says the last video is from November 2007. So I guess you should bring us Ubuntu video tutorials. I'm glad your using your time to help us out.

edit: Ubuntuclips most recent news was made in January 2008 and said ubuntu has an official screencast page (http://screencasts.ubuntu.com/) which you can post your videos on too. But also use YouTube as it will get your videos known more.

No problem. If anyone wants to see the videos, visit:

I use the Annotations feature, because I can't find some good annotation software for Linux. Oh, and yes I did have fun with the plasma ball; and I have a very poor camera, it only records 20 seconds of video, which is annoying.

If it is HowTo, then it would be fine to provide a link here. If you are selling something GNU/Linux, then post it in Community Market.

I think this should be moved to howtos and tutorials.
