shouldn't there be a restricted drivers manager under system > administration? i'm using hardy heron, and i don't have that, how am i supposed to update my drivers? also when i go to system > administration > hardware drivers, it says i have the latest graphics driver. however when i run a system test on cedega, i fail the opengl direct rendering.

It's just changed it name. "Restricted Drivers Manger" is now called "Hardware Drivers".

You might be able to get a more up-to-date driver using Envy. Install the package envyng-gtk and go to System Tools > EnvyNG

(If you're using KDE, go for envyng-qt instead)
