Could you explain a little more? Your system specs, when it crashes, etc.
And why are you using 7.10? You could install the latest 8.04...

Looks like a graphics issue, can you post the following output of:

glxinfo?

This probably shouldn't be like this:

direct rendering: Yes

Intel Integrated Cards do not support direct rendering...

sharks

Hi and I believe they do

mine@mine-laptop:~$ glxinfo

Too much game play can warp the graphics chip, causing random behavior. How long can you keep your finger on the graphics chip?

sharks

i do play games ,may be that is the reason huh..

HI and can you explain this statement a little better?

It might be the motherboard, I am sorry to say. Most motherboards cause weird errors when they go *poof*.

How old is your computer and have you done anything harsh to it? (eg. drop it, smack it hard, etc.)

Even more signs of a bad mb. You might want to replace it, or get a it serviced.

If you ask me I would try a fresh install for a bit before rebuilding my computer. But, ya dose sound like there is a good chance it's HW problems.
