Can anyone point me to a tutorial or article that describes how to install the PHPEclipse debugger?
I have read this article (http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/library/os-debug/?ca=dgr-lnxw06phpeclipse#resources) on the IBM site but, the link is broken on the Resources page that is supposed to take you to the installation instructions. So, I am a bit frustrated, and really surprised at the absence of information about this. I have been googling for a while and have had no real luck.
