Where would be the right area in this forum to post questions about different applications and how to deal with them in Ubuntu?
I've just upgraded my machine to Hardy 8.04 and am trying to add on FireFTP to Firefox. I started with Firefox 3 which is default on Hardy and after trying to add fireftp got a notice that it is not compatible with Firefox 3. So I went though a whole process of backtracking to Firefox 2 (which is fine with me). Now while trying to add it on 1. I see now that there is an updated fireftp for firefox 3 and on firefox 2 I am getting an error message on the download.
