I am always surprised when I see my Thanked X Times in X Posts goes up, then I go to my profile and view which posts were thanked. It does make me feel happy :)

Most of my thanks come from the 3 or 4 guides I've written - more people find them every day, and so my thanks have gradually been increasing over the past few months. Still, I'm glad I can be of some help. :)

Being thanked for helping with a problem is nice, but saying thanks to someone that has sorted a problem which has helped you is far better I think. Just my opinion of course.
