CD-Text character set problem

I've got some cds that I burned on windows (probably, can't really remember) and have greek tracknames. Rhythmbox and Sound Juicer both display those titles with weird accented latin characters, while they support greek in other places, such as tags.
Can I set the encoding to some other greek character set instead of utf8 (for example iso8859-7) from somewhere?
