What is the default font for Hardy Heron?

I tried googling, searching the forums, and looking in the wiki. I think the default font in ubuntu looks much cleaner than the windows fonts I have to use at work, so I wanted to switch.

It looks like Verdana may be the closest thing to the default sans in Ubuntu. Can anybody confirm this?

I'd agree, at least it's one of the closest, unless you went online and downloaded a font. There might even be Sans for Windows somewhere.

I've been using verdana, but it still doesn't have the nice clean look that I get with any text in Ubuntu. :( It's annoying having to use windows at work...
