App Launchers?

I am running Hardy under KDE4. I'm having a very difficult time adding an app launcher to the panel. I want to use Nautilus as my file manager/viewer. I can do it by hitting <ALT-2> and entering "nautilus --no-desktop". And all works fine, except I want to launch it by an icon, rather than by command line.

I have tried adding an icon widget and then putting in the info, but it says I don't have permission...

Can any one help? Please? :)

Since this seems to be an uninteresting topic, could some one let me know how to give myself super user privileges under KDE4's gui so I can try some other ways?
