Hey
Hardware:
HP Pavilion a6412.sc
Intel Pentium Dual Core 1.8
Gráfic Card: Asus EAX 550HM512
Grafic processor: ATI Radeon X550
Mail Monitor: DVI 22 " flat
Second Monitor: VGA 19" (the big ones, crt I belive)
Software: Ubuntu 8.04
My problem is that I want to have different picture in my two screens. I have the ATI driver installed and working, I have grafics asceleration. I´ve tried to extend the desktop (BigDesktop option in Catalyst) but din´t work.I only get Cloned images. I have extended desktop only in login screen, then goes back to cloned. I am trying to configure DualHead but doesn´t go either. this is what I did:
sudo aticonfig --initial=dual-head --screen-layout=above
Then I get this:
Found fglrx primary device section
Found fglrx secondary device section
screen layout section corrupted.
I really apreciate any help or information that will help me to set two different Images in my monitors.
Here I paste my Xorg
