I recently installed Hardy Heron, and things are running smoothly. With older versions of Ubuntu, the ACPI had to be off in order to get sound, which has been fixed (YAY!) now.
My problem is that my virtual scrolling no longer works.
It worked fine in older versions and other distributions.
Is there a fix for this?
The touchpad is a Synaptic (I don't recall the model)

In System--->Preferences--->Mouse there is a tab related to touchpad. See if the scroll check boxes are checked.

I don't have this tab.
Is there any other way to reconfigure my touchpad?
