Eclipse 3.3 not closing (ending process)

Hi I have:

7.10 Gusty 64bit
Eclipse 3.3.1.1 64bit Build id: M20071023-1652


Everything works on it except for it not ending its process. After closing it I have to end Process on Eclipse then kill process on the java child it had. Any suggestions?
