nt sure what the problem is but every time the gimp starts i get a message saying that the menu xml files couldnt be loaded from /usr/share/gimp/2.0/menu and after a quick look in /usr/share/gimp/2.0/ the only folder is scripts, so i reinstalled the gimp and all the packages and libraries associated with it, and this didnt add the missing folders in the above directory, and even when i manually removed the gimp folder from /usr/share and reinstalled again, the same scripts folder was the only one in the gimp/2.0/ directory...how can i restore the missing folders?
any help would be greatly appreciated,
