Just wondering, as I just got a new ipod and wanted to see what everyone's using nowadays. Didn't post a poll as I am not even aware of all the different programs now, I've been away from ubuntu for a while...but might come back.

Check it: 10 Alternatives to iTunes (http://www.simplehelp.net/2007/07/08/10-alternatives-to-itunes-for-managing-your-ipod/).

Most likely you'll get the most votes for Amarok, but I find Rhythmbox does a pretty nice job, as does good old gtkPod.

Jeeeeeez, how I wish Media Monkey would release a .deb though!!!

Linux ipod drivers need to get hfs+ support. fat32 sucks if you use your ipod as a storage device as well as an ipod. Since I have osX I use hfs+. My main gripe with fat32 is that you can't copy over a file larger than 3gb(?) or something close to that. I found ways around that using split and cat, but it's such a hassle.
