TOra where to get deb or rpm package?

Hello All!
i'm completly new to Linux.

i was trying to compile TOra from source and it's driving me crazy already.
Please give me link to ready deb or rpm package of TOra with Oracle provider.

i was reading https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToBuildToraWithOracle and trying install ready package from it but it's impossibly for me becouse errors. it needs some library.

I have:
- Ubuntu 8.04
- x386
- 32 bit processor

Isn´t Tora in synaptic?

Tora in synaptic is without Oracle provider!
