I've just installed Hardy Heron and I've installed OpenOffice v3 dev version on it. I wanted to add shortcuts to the menu system (no problem there, shame that the installer doesn't do it itself) but when I came to add the relevant icons, the Main Menu editor app won't see any icons except the gnome icons in the gnome apps folder. What am I doing wrong here? I know there are various versions of the OOo app icons in the /usr/share/icons/48x48/apps folder, for example, but when I call up that folder in the browser from the Main Menu editor, it comes up empty. Is this a permissions thing, or what?
