Cost efficiency? Pshh, Linux servers are easy to maintain yourself, and it's FREE TO INSTALL AND DOWNLOAD.

There was a two part article on ITwire about this.
Believe me, they didn't compare Linux to 2003. They just said they chose it over that.

It's funny, because "The Highly Reliable Times" is a title of a newspaper I would choose when I would write a satire or for a project in class just to be funny... :P

The name was the reason why I used to always think it was intended to be satire.
