will the newer ipods work in ubuntu through rhythmbox? I plan on getting the 250 dollar classic or a nano

I have an 80Gb Black Classic iPod and mine works fine.

My 80 GB classic works perfectly, AFAIK the nanos work fine too.

Nano works flawlessy... iTouch... i still have issues and can't get it to work

The iPod Touch will work with AmaroK and/or gtkpod (the latest version, the ones in the repos won't do.)
You need to jailbreak it, but you should do that anyways.

The iPod touch still won't work unless you jailbreak it (which I have no intentions of doing).
