I have installed Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy) so I am a noobie, (please be gentle!). My screen resolution is 1024x768 and everything works fine. My only problem is some windows and applications are sometimes too long for the screen therefore the OK/Cancel/Apply buttons are below the bottom of the screen. The desktop is fine and I can see the top and bottom panels/toolbars. Any help would be appreciated.:confused:
