Note that this is the prior version, 2008, not 2008.1 (Spring), The new GNOME spin isn't out yet.

Its available at the famous coffee-distributor server...:)

Take your pick amongst the available ISOs...

I am using it right now; it is a real beaut. Very impressive and polished I must admit (compraed to Ubuntu Gnome). I like the font consistency between KDE apps and Gnome apps (fully integrated).

Justin: you're correct that the link provided was to an old release, but you're not correct that the Spring One GNOME edition isn't out yet: it is. It was released at the same time as all the other editions. You can get it from the BitTorrent server - http://torrent.mandriva.com/public - or from any mirror in the /official/iso/2008.1/ directory.

You can also just use the KDE edition then download the task-gnome package and set gnome as default.
Plus that means you now have KDE and gnome, which you can switch between the 2 by going into the log in screen and switch there.

Thats cheating! You have to choose one! What would your wife (if you're a guy, that is) say if you installed task-mistress eh?
Me? I'm married to gnome. task-KDE4 is looking prettier every day though. ;)

To get Mandriva ONE Gnome you can also go to http://www.mandriva.com and press download. When the KDE download pops up, cancel it and you'll see a mirror that leads to all versions. Click it. The same goes for non-default countries.
