Ipaq Synce Install Failed

TRIED TO INSTALL IPAQ SYNCE AND DID NOT WORK NOW I HAVE THIS WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

Did you try installing Ipaq Synce again? It should work this time I think. Post the output of any new errors.
