hi guys I'm new to computers. I just figured out how to use the on button yesterday. so liek I'm onn my live cd figuring out how to get my software RAID array recognized and like i'm browsing myspace and I click to go on my friends prfile and OMFG myspace says I have a virus. WHAT SHOULD I DO?:confused::confused:

EDIT: also the nice people who made the site were nice enough to give me an executable. BUT I CAN'T RUN IT. HALP

looks like a scam to me. Even if you did have a windows virus it wouldnt affect a linux computer.

I was kinda joking... part fo why it's in the lounge and not a more serious area.

trust me I'm not that dumb

How many (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=778221) times (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=804298) has that "XP Antivirus" site been posted here?

You would think they would at least implement a useragent script to save them from this colossal embarrassment.

Anyone feel like loading up Wine?
