Hello all, I hope someone can help me. I just upgraded from 7.10 to 8.04 and now I wish that I hadn't.
The system no longer recognized my second IDE hard drive and is Painfully slow. Has anyone experienced this IDE issue and can tell me how to fix it? Can anyone tell me how to begin to diagnose the performance issue (which is going to be difficult because mouse actions require minutes for the system to respond)?
