installing qt4???

how can i install qt4 directly from synaptc packet manager.

(have tried manual installation, many times, but always occurs)

Here you go (click (apt:libqt4-gui)). If you'd like to also install the development packages (for compiling Qt4 apps), (click (apt:libqt4-dev)).
