I am glad that he didn't give any hint about if he used linux or something similar, would have been pure gold for linuxhaters.

Maybe you don't agree with Ballmers ideas of making business, but this is certainly not the way to show it.

Reading on, it says, that he is angry with government paying money to microsoft. then whos fault is it?

if microsoft wants to sell, its the buyer who is paying so much money. if they want they can use open source.

If i am a dealer of say apples, i want to sell apple at r currency, and if someome sells apples at 25r. its on the buyer, not the seller. buyers shud boycott the person selling 25r apples. he shud have thrown eggs on his government.
