renaming/ghanging pointers to a home partition

Hi

I had difficulties doing a fresh install of Hardy so I let it do an upgrade for me.

I have two HDDs the first 20Gb handles the OS and the swap partition and the second HDD is were I have /home.

Only this time the /home folder has been created on the 1st HDD. I can see and access the files etc on the "old" /home folder on the 2nd HDD if I mount it. But what I want is to have Hardy automatically mount and refer to the 2nd HDD as my /home.

Does anybody know how I can do this?
