After the Installation: DISK BOOT FAILUIRE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK?

I have installed Ubuntu completely and the first time it starts with no problem, but after i restart my System.

An Error comes with the Message:



DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER



Please Help I don't have no clue.
