I just wanna know how do u terminate the program.

Note: It's not installing just trying to pic partition.

I clicked cancel and It keeps saying do u want to quit.

I click cancel it asks me again if I click quit it doesnt.

I will stay on this forum. Please stay in the forum if I got more questions.

As an initial step, restart your PC with the CD in the drive and when you get to the first menu, choose the option to check the CD for errors. This may be the problem.

Best Regards...

if you're not wanting to overwrite vista have you considered dual booting with a 2nd hard drive?

You might as well restart the X server by pressing Control-Alt-Backspace, which will restart the whole desktop.

To force-quit just one program, you should add the "Force Quit" applet to one of the bottom panels. Click the applet's icon on your panel and then click the window that you want to close.

You have posted multiple independent help requests about dual hard drives, partitioning etc.

Before going any further, read this site to understand how to burn and check the CD for errors, and how to dual-boot:

I am going to close all your other help requests, since it distracts users from helping other people
