Hi, I'm about to order some 5.10 CDs from shipit, at
http://shipit.ubuntu.com/
but I'm presented with a dialog stating:
Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch
You have attempted to establish a connection with
"shipit.ubuntu.com". However, the security certificate presented
belongs to "launchpad.net". It is possible, though unlikely, that
someone may be trying to intercept your communication with this
web site.
Using Firefox 1.0.7, Windows.
Is this correct? I can view the certificate, and as a geek, understand what it means, and think it's fairly safe, but for the non-geek, it just screams "Run Away! Insecure!"
Regards,
Matt
