Hi, I've been searching on forums everywhere and I can't quite seem to find an exact match to the setup I'm wondering how to get to work. I have a Dell Poweredge 2400 that exceeds the minimum requirements for Widows 2003 and Ubuntu. I want to try and dual boot them which I've done on a regular laptop. But my server has 6 hard drives which I was thinking about creating two RAID 5 array's with 3 Drives each. I was wondering could I dual boot with two separate arrays or should I do it with one RAID 5 array or can that even be done? I'm a little knew to RAID arrays as well as linux so my knowledge on both isn't strong. I plan to remedy that once I can get this dual booted. If anyway can give me some advice, or point me to another forum that details the install that would be great. Thanx.

I don't think so, it's a server I think with a si/2... I need to check..RAID controller with 3 18 GB drives and 3 9GB drives, all SCSI. So I think it's a true hardware RAID and not Fake RAID.
