With Wine you get limited functionality.. see here.. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=6207
With a virtual machine you won't get the 3D acceleration, assuming it will function at all.

I'd go dual boot or find an alternative. http://www.cadinfo.net/editorial/linux-cad.htm
