audiocard upgrade

hallo!!!

Can someone help me with my soundcard?

I installed on my pc a new soundcard (emu 1820m)

I turned off the onboard card realtek and now ubuntu doesn´t recognized any audiocard anymore.

I know there are some problems with EMU soundcards. I have also the last version of alsa and ubuntu 8.04
