Why can't I install this update?

My update manager just came on. And I installed everything, except one of the updates is "unclickable" and I cannot update it even if I want to. What gives?

libtotem-plparser10 cant be installed via update manager
do i need t o uninstall and reinstall

Hm.
It's been a few hours, and upon hearing of Firefox3RC1 being out I refreshed my update manager, and although RC1 isn't there yet, libtotem became highlighted and I was able to install it :)

Yes,because by refreshing you synchronise your source list with servers.
