When i install ubuntu 8.04 , and after the installation completes i reboot but no GRUB installed , and when i accessed the ubuntu partition i didn't see the folder "grub" on the folder "boot" and i entered the folder "dev" i didn't find the files of the harddisk like "hda1" and "hda5" and these files ...
however .. the liveCD works perfectly ... and the past versions installed probably also ..
how can install ubuntu 8.04 without problems ???
